Cooperative teaching between Chinese teachers and local teachers is very common overseas. On the basis of three rounds of action research, this study improves the classroom teaching effect of cooperative teaching, balances the distribution between Chinese teacher and Hungarian teacher, and finally constructs the cooperative teaching mode of Chinese and foreign teachers which aims at the comprehensive Chinese beginners course overseas. This mode shows the teaching design, teaching concept and the distribution between Chinese and foreign teachers in the four steps of review, explanation, exercise and activity in detail. The core principle is that both Chinese and foreign teachers are dominated in the classroom, and the teaching is focus on communication and supplemented by knowledge.
